Shipping & Delivery RetroRewind offers reliable shipping across Australia. To ensure the fastest delivery, your orders are dispatched from our partner distribution centres located in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $19.95 (NSW, VIC, QLD Metro, SA, ACT)

  • Regional & Remote: $45.00 (WA, NT, TAS and Remote Regional areas)

  • Free Shipping: Look for the "Free Shipping" badge on selected items!

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment.

  • Once your order is in the system, we confirm stock availability immediately. In the rare event of a backorder, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

Our Courier Partners We work with Australia's leading couriers to ensure your items arrive safely:

  • Small Items: Australia Post or Aramex (formerly Fastway).

  • Large Furniture & Bulky Items: Allied Express or Toll.

  • Note: Due to the size of our furniture, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a physical street address.

Delivery Timeframes

  • VIC: 3-5 business days

  • NSW, SA, ACT: 4-8 business days

  • QLD, NT, WA, TAS: 7-12 business days

  • Please note: Heavy furniture items may take the full duration of these timeframes to arrive safely.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the packaging, please take photos immediately and contact us at info@RetroRewind.au. We will handle the insurance claim and arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Cancellations If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed for dispatch at our warehouse, we are unable to cancel it.
