At RetroRewind, we want you to love your purchase. Our policy is designed to be fair and fully compliant with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Damages and Faulty Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@retrorewind.au within 48 hours with photos of the product and the packaging.

  • If the problem is major, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund.

  • We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items.

Change of Mind Returns We understand that sometimes things aren't quite what you expected. We offer a 14-day "Change of Mind" return window under the following conditions:

  • Timeline: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Condition: The item must be in its original, unopened packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Note: Once furniture is assembled, it cannot be returned for change of mind.

  • Return Shipping: For change of mind returns, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty).

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to cover supplier processing costs.

Exclusions Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind for:

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or modified.

  • Health and personal care items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items purchased for commercial use.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at info@retrorewind.au. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the correct return address (our warehouse partners are located across Australia). Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
