Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
Eligible Items
Most items can be returned, including:

- Lighting and lamps
- Electronics and accessories
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:
- Items that have been used or damaged
- Items without original packaging
- Custom or personalized items
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us through our Contact page within 30 days
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return instructions and shipping label
- Package items securely in original packaging
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- You'll receive an email confirmation when processed
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
